Roles and Responsibilites
Role of the Coordinator
Ensure efficient game and sports operations, chair meetings, act as signatory, be spokesperson, represent college, maintain transparency, submit reports, and perform assigned duties.
Role of the Faculty Member
Manage committee records, update membership list, create event calendar, communicate with department heads, propose student representatives, report activities, promote sports awareness and sportsmanship.
Role of the Student Member
Identify interested students, assist faculty in event organization, implement instructions, and collect event data under faculty guidance for effective sports engagement.
Role of the Physical Director
Responsible for stock management, procurement, facility maintenance, and providing First Aid during sports and games activities.
